Health data is spread across documents, emails, insurance portals, and in-person visits, making it difficult for patients to access or share accurate information when needed. For doctors, the lack of a centralized and reliable source of patient data increases administrative effort and slows down decision-making.
At the same time, strict Swiss MedTech regulations and data privacy requirements make digital health solutions complex to build and hard to scale. doctogo needed a single, secure ecosystem that could simplify patient–doctor interactions while meeting the highest standards of compliance, data protection, and usability. The challenge was not only to build a functional app, but to design a trusted digital health platform that could bring clarity, security, and efficiency into one unified experience.
