We've revolutionized the tour planning and tracking by developing a digital platform, trimming down a process that once took weeks to minutes. But we didn't stop there - our comprehensive ecosystem is a one-stop solution for managing passengers, fleet, and employees, empowering Weder Transport to operate more efficiently than ever before. Together, we're redefining school transportation.

How we started

1. Gain accurate and deep understanding of problems and discover customer needs (Empathise)

We started with the first step of our design thinking process to gain empathic understanding of the problem. We consulted with experts and those working on this field. We involved the good-mix of people familiar with the matters, so we could gain unique insight into different problems and requirements from different perspectives.

2. Define the problems in human focused way

Having collected various information on the first stage, we went on with a clear definition of all the core problems and customer needs. We formulated the problems into a human focused way with audience in mind.

3. From discussions to brainstorming into ideas generation

In this phase we started establishing ideas to solve various problems. We came up with as many ideas and solutions as possible. Brainstorming encurages people to come up with thoughts and ideas that can, at first, seem a bit absurd but some of these ideas could be crafted into original, creative solutions.

Launch of a state-of-the-art transportation management platform designed to revolutionize school transportation management.

This comprehensive web-based solution provides real-time planning, monitoring and management of transportation systems, tailored specifically to optimize school routes.

It's a one-stop platform empowering the customer to efficiently manage clients, schools, children, employees, drivers, and their entire fleet of school buses. Furthermore, it fosters seamless communication with drivers and enables meticulous route planning and optimization.

Parent App

Taking parent engagement to the next level, we offer a dedicated parent app. This real-time software system allows live tracking of school routes, provides alerts, messages and notifications about absences and events to keep you informed and connected.

Tourtracking App

For an even more seamless operation, we introduced the Tourtracking app. This tool provides operators with real-time updates on school buses, important information about route updates, new plans or delays, helping to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
